固態繼電器(qi)(solid state relay)簡稱ssr,是一種由集成電路和分立元器(qi)件組合而(er)成的----

“一(yi)體化”無(wu)觸點電(dian)子開關(guan)器(qi)(qi)件(jian),它采(cai)用電(dian)子線路實(shi)現繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)的功(gong)能,依靠光(guang)電(dian)耦(ou)合器(qi)(qi)(或其(qi)他耦(ou)合方式)實(shi)現控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)(輸入回路)與被控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)(輸出回路)之(zhi)間的電(dian)氣(qi)隔離。由于(yu)在開關(guan)過(guo)程中無(wu)機械(xie)接(jie)觸部件(jian),因此具有控(kong)制功(gong)率小(xiao)、可靠性(xing)高、壽命長(chang)、無(wu)噪聲、無(wu)火花、無(wu)電(dian)磁(ci)干擾(rao)、開關(guan)速度快和工作頻率高等突出優(you)點固態(tai)繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)自1974年問世(shi)以來,已在許多自動化控(kong)制裝置中取代了電(dian)磁(ci)繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi),并且廣泛用于(yu)電(dian)磁(ci)繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)無(wu)法應(ying)用的領(ling)域(yu)。

 

結構及原理

常(chang)(chang)用(yong)(yong)固(gu)態繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)幾(ji)乎都(dou)是模塊化的(de)(de)(de)(de)四端(duan)有源器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian),其中兩(liang)端(duan)為輸(shu)(shu)入控(kong)制端(duan),另外兩(liang)端(duan)為輸(shu)(shu)出受控(kong)端(duan),其基本構成如圖(tu)所示(shi)。器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)中多采用(yong)(yong)光(guang)電(dian)耦合(he)器(qi)(qi)(qi)實現輸(shu)(shu)入與輸(shu)(shu)出之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)氣隔離。輸(shu)(shu)出受控(kong)端(duan)利用(yong)(yong)開關三極管(guan)、雙向晶閘管(guan)等半導體器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開關特性(xing),實現無觸點、無火(huo)花(hua)地接(jie)通和(he)斷(duan)開外接(jie)控(kong)制電(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。整個器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)無可動部件(jian)(jian)及觸點,可實現相當于常(chang)(chang)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)磁(ci)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)一樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能。

普通固態(tai)(tai)繼電(dian)器的(de)內部等效電(dian)路如圖(tu)所示。當給固態(tai)(tai)繼電(dian)器的(de)輸(shu)入端(duan)in接上合適的(de)控制信號時,其(qi)輸(shu)出端(duan)out就會從關(guan)(guan)斷(duan)狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)變為導通狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai);控制信號撤消后,輸(shu)出端(duan)out 恢復(fu)關(guan)(guan)斷(duan)狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)。從而實(shi)現了對輸(shu)出端(duan)所接負載(zai)(zai)(注(zhu)意負載(zai)(zai)應串入輸(shu)出端(duan)回(hui)路)電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)無觸(chu)點(dian)“開(kai)”或(huo)“關(guan)(guan)”自動控制。

固(gu)(gu)(gu)態(tai)(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)按(an)輸出端(duan)(duan)(duan)極性的不同,可(ke)分(fen)(fen)為直(zhi)流式和交(jiao)流式兩大(da)類。直(zhi)流固(gu)(gu)(gu)態(tai)(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(dc-ssr)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)原理參見圖(a),其(qi)控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓由(you)輸入端(duan)(duan)(duan)in輸入,通過光(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)耦合(he)器(qi)(qi)(qi)將(jiang)控制信號耦合(he)至接(jie)收(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),經放大(da)處(chu)理后驅動開(kai)關(guan)三極管(guan)vt導通。顯然,直(zhi)流固(gu)(gu)(gu)態(tai)(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的輸出端(duan)(duan)(duan)out在接(jie)入被控電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)回路(lu)中時(shi),是有正(zheng)、負(fu)極之(zhi)分(fen)(fen)的。交(jiao)流固(gu)(gu)(gu)態(tai)(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(ac-ssr)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)原理參見圖(b),與直(zhi)流固(gu)(gu)(gu)態(tai)(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)不同的是,其(qi)開(kai)關(guan)元件采用(yong)了雙向晶閘管(guan)vs 或其(qi)他(ta)交(jiao)流開(kai)關(guan),因(yin)此它的輸出端(duan)(duan)(duan)out無正(zheng)、負(fu)極之(zhi)分(fen)(fen),可(ke)以控制交(jiao)流回路(lu)的通斷。

由于固態(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸入(ru)端和輸出端之間采用了成熟可(ke)靠的(de)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)隔(ge)離(li)等技術,這使(shi)得所接控(kong)制弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和被(bei)控(kong)強電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣上完全隔(ge)離(li),因(yin)此從(cong)各種(zhong)弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備輸出的(de)信號(hao)(hao)可(ke)以(yi)直接加(jia)在固態(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸入(ru)控(kong)制端上,無(wu)(wu)需另(ling)外(wai)的(de)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路等。固態(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)和傳(chuan)統的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)相比(bi)較(jiao),具有的(de)優點是∶工(gong)作(zuo)可(ke)靠、壽命長、無(wu)(wu)噪聲、無(wu)(wu)火花、無(wu)(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁干(gan)擾、開關速(su)度快、抗干(gan)擾能(neng)力強、體積小、耐沖擊、耐振動、防(fang)爆、防(fang)潮、防(fang)腐蝕(shi),能(neng)與ttl、dtl、htl等邏輯電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路兼(jian)容,可(ke)以(yi)通過微小的(de)控(kong)制信號(hao)(hao)實現(xian)直接驅動大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流負載的(de)目的(de)。正(zheng)因(yin)為如此,固態(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)在很多領域(yu)正(zheng)逐漸取代電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)。

但固(gu)態繼電(dian)器也存在(zai)一(yi)(yi)些缺點,主要是輸出端在(zai)導通時存在(zai)一(yi)(yi)定的電(dian)壓降,即本身有功(gong)耗,需采取相應的散熱措施在(zai)斷開時存在(zai)一(yi)(yi)定的漏電(dian)流。另外,固(gu)態繼電(dian)器的控(kong)制狀態比較單一(yi)(yi)、過(guo)載能(neng)力差,并且(qie)直(zhi)流繼電(dian)器和交流繼電(dian)器不能(neng)通用。

外形和種類

固態繼電(dian)器按封(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)材(cai)料(liao)不(bu)同,可分為如圖(a)所(suo)示的塑料(liao)殼封(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)型(帶(dai)散(san)熱板或(huo)(huo)不(bu)帶(dai)散(san)熱板)、金屬殼封(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)型(多用(yong)環氧樹脂灌封(feng))兩大類;按外形(xing)結(jie)構不(bu)同,可分為如圖(b)所(suo)示的雙列直插(cha)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、針(zhen)孔焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、插(cha)接(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置式(shi)(shi)(shi)等。雙列直插(cha)式(shi)(shi)(shi)和針(zhen)孔焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)的輸出(chu)端工(gong)作電(dian)流(liu)一般在(zai)5a以下,可直接(jie)(jie)在(zai)印制電(dian)路(lu)板上(shang)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie),且不(bu)需散(san)熱板,其(qi)(qi)封(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)多為全(quan)塑料(liao)封(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)或(huo)(huo)金屬殼封(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang);插(cha)接(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)需配有專用(yong)插(cha)接(jie)(jie)件,使用(yong)時只要插(cha)入配套的插(cha)件即可;裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置式(shi)(shi)(shi)適合在(zai)配電(dian)板上(shang)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang),其(qi)(qi)容量在(zai)10a以上(shang),一般要求配有大面積的敞熱板。

器(qi)、中功率固(gu)態繼(ji)電器(qi)和大(da)功率固(gu)態繼(ji)電器(qi)。按(an)照輸出(chu)端所(suo)控負載的極(ji)性不同(tong)(tong),可(ke)(ke)分(fen)為(wei)如圖(tu)(d)所(suo)示(shi)的直流(liu)固(gu)態繼(ji)電器(qi)和交流(liu)固(gu)態繼(ji)電器(qi)兩大(da)類(lei),其中交流(liu)固(gu)態繼(ji)電器(qi)應用(yong)比較普遍。交流(liu)固(gu)態繼(ji)電器(qi)按(an)開(kai)關方式不同(tong)(tong),可(ke)(ke)分(fen)為(wei)過零型(xing)(z型(xing))和隨機型(xing)(p型(xing)),按(an)輸出(chu)開(kai)關元(yuan)件不同(tong)(tong),可(ke)(ke)分(fen)為(wei)普通型(xing)(雙向(xiang)晶間(jian)管輸出(chu)型(xing))和增強(qiang)型(xing)(單(dan)向(xiang)晶閘管反并聯型(xing))。

另外,按照固態繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內部所(suo)采用元器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)的不同(tong),可(ke)(ke)分(fen)(fen)為分(fen)(fen)立元器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)組(zu)(zu)裝型(xing)、厚膜(mo)電(dian)路組(zu)(zu)裝型(xing)、單(dan)片集(ji)成(cheng)電(dian)路組(zu)(zu)裝型(xing)等(deng)。按照所(suo)采用電(dian)氣隔(ge)(ge)離(li)元器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)的不同(tong),可(ke)(ke)分(fen)(fen)為光(guang)電(dian)隔(ge)(ge)離(li)型(xing)(包括光(guang)電(dian)耦(ou)合器(qi)(qi)(qi)、光(guang)控晶體管和光(guang)控晶閘管等(deng))、干簧繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)隔(ge)(ge)離(li)型(xing)、變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)隔(ge)(ge)離(li)型(xing)等(deng)。

基本參數

固(gu)態繼電器的主要(yao)(yao)產品技術參數分(fen)輸入參數、輸出參數、其(qi)他參數3大類,現(xian)將主要(yao)(yao)參數介紹如下。

①輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)電(dian)壓范圍/輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)。輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)電(dian)壓范圍是(shi)指在環境(jing)溫度25℃以下,能夠使固態繼電(dian)器正常工作所(suo)必須(指最(zui)小值(zhi)(zhi))或(huo)允許(指最(zui)大值(zhi)(zhi))輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)的(de)電(dian)壓范圍值(zhi)(zhi)。而輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)則是(shi)指在某一特(te)定輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)電(dian)壓下,所(suo)對應(ying)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)值(zhi)(zhi)。

②可接通(tong)電壓(ya)/可關斷電壓(ya)。可接通(tong)電壓(ya)是指在(zai)

輸入(ru)端所(suo)加的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)達到(dao)或大于(yu)該(gai)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值時,能夠確保輸出端導通;可(ke)關斷電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)是指在輸入(ru)端所(suo)加的電(dian)(dian)

壓(ya)達到或低于該電壓(ya)值(zhi)時(shi),能夠確保輸出(chu)端關斷。

③額(e)定(ding)輸出電壓/額(e)定(ding)工(gong)作電流。額(e)定(ding)輸出電壓是指(zhi)輸出端所能夠(gou)承(cheng)受的最(zui)高(gao)負(fu)載工(gong)作電壓。額(e)定(ding)工(gong)作電流則是指(zhi)在環境(jing)溫度(du)25℃時,輸出端所

能夠(gou)通過(guo)的最(zui)大穩態工作電(dian)流。

④輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降(jiang)/輸出(chu)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流。輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降(jiang)是指固態(tai)(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器處于(yu)導通狀態(tai)(tai)時,在(zai)額定工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流下所測得的輸出(chu)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi)。輸出(chu)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流是指固態(tai)(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器處于(yu)關(guan)斷狀態(tai)(tai)時,在(zai)輸出(chu)端施加額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的條(tiao)件(jian)下所測得的流經(jing)負(fu)載的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流值(zhi)。顯然(ran),衡量一個(ge)固態(tai)(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的優劣,它的輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降(jiang)和(he)輸出(chu)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流均應越(yue)小越(yue)好(hao)。

⑤浪(lang)涌電流。這(zhe)是指固態繼電器處(chu)于(yu)導通(tong)狀態

時,輸出端所能承受、且不致造成器件永久性損壞的(de)非重復最大浪涌(或過載)電流。交流

固態(tai)繼電(dian)器的(de)(de)浪漫(man)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)額定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)5~10倍(1個周期),直流(liu)產品為(wei)額定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)1.5~5倍(1s)。

⑥功耗。這是指固態繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器在激勵和去(qu)激勵兩(liang)種狀態下(xia),本身所耗散的(de)(de)最(zui)大功率(lv)值。⑦接(jie)通時(shi)(shi)(shi)間/關(guan)斷(duan)(duan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間。接(jie)通時(shi)(shi)(shi)間是指常(chang)開(kai)型(xing)固態繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器從施加(jia)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)開(kai)始,到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)開(kai)始導通目(mu)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)達到(dao)其電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)最(zui)終變(bian)化的(de)(de)90%時(shi)(shi)(shi),所需要的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間長短(duan)。關(guan)斷(duan)(duan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間是指常(chang)開(kai)型(xing)固態繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器從切(qie)除(chu)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)開(kai)始,到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)開(kai)始關(guan)斷(duan)(duan)且輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)達到(dao)其電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)最(zui)終變(bian)化的(de)(de)90%時(shi)(shi)(shi),所需要的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間間隔(ge)。顯然(ran),接(jie)通時(shi)(shi)(shi)間和關(guan)斷(duan)(duan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間越短(duan),說明固態繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)開(kai)關(guan)性能(neng)越好(hao)。

⑧過(guo)(guo)零電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。針(zhen)對(dui)交流過(guo)(guo)零型固體繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)而(er)言,它是指輸(shu)(shu)入端加(jia)上額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),能使繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)(shu)出端導通的最大(da)起始(shi)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

⑨絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻/絕緣強度。絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻是指周態(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入端(duan)(duan)與(yu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入端(duan)(duan)與(yu)外殼(ke)(ke)(包括散熱底板)、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)與(yu)外殼(ke)(ke)之間(jian),在施加上一定直流電(dian)(dian)壓(如(ru)550v)時,所測量(liang)得(de)到(dao)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻值。絕緣強度也叫介質耐壓,它是指輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入與(yu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)與(yu)外殼(ke)(ke)、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入端(duan)(duan)與(yu)外殼(ke)(ke)之間(jian)所能(neng)夠承受(shou)的(de)(de)最大電(dian)(dian)壓值。

⑩工(gong)作溫(wen)度(du)/最(zui)(zui)高(gao)結溫(wen)。工(gong)作溫(wen)度(du)是(shi)指固態繼電器按規范安(an)裝或不安(an)裝散熱(re)板時(shi),所允許的正(zheng)常工(gong)作環境溫(wen)度(du)范圍(wei)。最(zui)(zui)高(gao)結溫(wen)則是(shi)指輸出開關元件(jian)所允許的最(zui)(zui)高(gao)結溫(wen)。

固態繼(ji)電(dian)器的(de)型號(hao)中包含了(le)產(chan)品的(de)主(zhu)要特征和重要參數信息,由(you)于各(ge)廠(chang)(chang)家(jia)對(dui)產(chan)品型號(hao)命名(ming)(ming)的(de)方法不統一(yi),給使(shi)用(yong)者帶來了(le)一(yi)定的(de)不便。這就要求(qiu)使(shi)用(yong)者在選(xuan)用(yong)固態繼(ji)電(dian)器時(shi),必須認(ren)真查閱廠(chang)(chang)家(jia)說明書,弄(nong)清楚(chu)產(chan)品的(de)命名(ming)(ming)方法,弄(nong)清楚(chu)主(zhu)要電(dian)氣(qi)參數,確保正(zheng)確合理地(di)使(shi)用(yong)。

產品標識

常(chang)用(yong)固態(tai)(tai)(tai)繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)都(dou)是四端(duan)(duan)器(qi)件,其(qi)外殼除了標(biao)(biao)出(chu)(chu)圖(tu)(tu)(a)所(suo)示的(de)產品名稱(有時用(yong)字母(mu)“ssr”表示)、型號、廠家銘牌(pai)外,還(huan)將引(yin)(yin)(yin)腳(jiao)(jiao)功能直接標(biao)(biao)示在(zai)外殼上,如(ru)圖(tu)(tu)(b)所(suo)示。體積較(jiao)大的(de)大功率固態(tai)(tai)(tai)繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi),不僅標(biao)(biao)志出(chu)(chu)了引(yin)(yin)(yin)腳(jiao)(jiao)功能,而(er)且還(huan)將輸入電(dian)壓范(fan)圍或輸入電(dian)流、額(e)定輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓和(he)額(e)定工作電(dian)流等參數(shu)直接標(biao)(biao)示在(zai)相應的(de)引(yin)(yin)(yin)腳(jiao)(jiao)附近,如(ru)圖(tu)(tu)29-5(c)所(suo)示。可見,盡管固態(tai)(tai)(tai)繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(尤其(qi)是微(wei)、超(chao)小型產品)的(de)輸入端(duan)(duan)和(he)輸出(chu)(chu)端(duan)(duan)在(zai)排列順序上沒有什(shen)么規律,但其(qi)引(yin)(yin)(yin)腳(jiao)(jiao)識(shi)別起來還(huan)是比較(jiao)容易的(de)。

有些固(gu)態繼(ji)(ji)電器(qi)(qi)的(de)外殼上面還開(kai)出了一(yi)個小圓孔(kong),并露(lu)出紅(hong)色發光(guang)二極管(guan)的(de)管(guan)帽,該發光(guang)二極管(guan)多系輸入端工作狀態指(zhi)示燈,這(zhe)是普通電磁繼(ji)(ji)電器(qi)(qi)所(suo)(suo)沒有的(de),如(ru)圖(d)所(suo)(suo)示。如(ru)果需(xu)要了解更詳細的(de)參數和性能特點等,需(xu)要查閱廠家產品說明書或(huo)固(gu)態繼(ji)(ji)電器(qi)(qi)產品手冊。

電路符號

固態(tai)繼電器(qi)在電路圖中的(de)(de)表示符(fu)號(hao)(hao)見圖。注意:圖形符(fu)號(hao)(hao)各引腳旁邊(bian)(方框(kuang)內、外(wai)均可)分(fen)別標出(chu)電極性(xing)符(fu)號(hao)(hao),輸(shu)入(ru)端(duan)和輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)按慣(guan)例不(bu)要畫(hua)在同一邊(bian)或相鄰的(de)(de)一邊(bian)上(shang)。當同一個電路圖中出(chu)現多個固態(tai)繼電器(qi)時,可按習(xi)慣(guan)在文字符(fu)號(hao)(hao)后面(mian)加上(shang)數字編(bian)號(hao)(hao),以示區別。
